COACHING

You planted the seeds.

This is your harvest.

Enjoy the fruits of your labour.

Unlike counselling and therapy, coaching is focused on a specific area of growth or development that clients want to change. NTA provides unique coaching services for people whose mental health intersects with their racialized and marginalized identities, as well as helping professionals and allied professionals working with these populations. Coaching Plans are outlined below.

People of all identities, background and experiences are welcome. However, if you are looking for more information on a specific area of expertise, approach or client experience, check the FAQ below.

If you are still unsure, please contact me.
